Online Team Member
As an Online Team Member, your main responsibility will be ensuring you pick quality products online customer orders and loading it onto trucks at a fast pace.
The Woolworths Customer Fulfilment Centre has been purpose built to service our online customers. This new look format store provides greater benefits to our online customers through enhanced range and faster delivery.
This role best suits a candidate that enjoys working in a physically demanding and repetitive role. This role will require the successful applicants to lift up to 18kgs repetitively throughout the duration of their shift. As a part of creating a safe working environment, all candidates for this role can expect to undergo a pre-employment medical check as part of the recruitment process.

When you will be needed
Meeting the needs of our customers is our number one priority and right now we need new team members who can work the hours below:
Monday to Sunday from 7:00pm - 12:00am. Friday and Saturday a must.
Flexible availability to work outside the indicated hours may be required as per business needs and peak trading period.
Please note you must be available for minimum 3 days per week.

As an Online Team Member you have the opportunity to make our customer experience is enjoyable every time as part of your role will be to ensure on-time departure of home delivery trucks. A key part of your role is to coordinate customer orders to make sure they are physically available and ready to go out the door on time, thereby ensuring delivery to our customers in their own homes at the time they selected.
As an Online Team Member you will work in a fast paced, cooperative team environment, where you will enhance the customer shopping experience. Your positive attitude and strong initiative will allow you to coordinate customer orders onto our trucks and be physically out the door on time to meet customer deliveries.
