About The Role

In the Campaign Delivery Executive - DOOH (Digital Out of Home) & ISR (In Store Radio), you'll be responsible for the end to end management and delivery of Cartology Client and Woolworths Marketing screens and radio campaigns, from the point of content delivery, campaign flighting and optimisation. Scheduling of these campaigns can include the full Cartology screen network, including in store screens in Australia & New Zealand across multiple Woolworths banners and in centre screens in shopping centres.

This position will have a significant focus on undertaking essential weekly delivery tasks, such as briefing in our creative partner for content development, optimising campaigns through targeted site allocations, and scheduling content for deployment through the various content management systems (CMS). In addition to this, the role will require working closely and partner with multiple key stakeholders including the Sales (Direct & Agency teams) and Woolworths Marketing teams to assist with channel specific requirements, such as inventory forecasting and avails management, ensuring our networks are being utilised to its maximum potential.

The Campaign Delivery Executive - DOOH & ISR role can also assist with DOOH daily operations tasks within Cartology such as monitoring network faults and maintaining accurate inventory lists and ensuring pacing on campaigns inline with targets.

Key accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Be a key contact for any Screen Network & Radio content & scheduling queries.
  • Be a key contact for our creative partner, for briefing and content creation.
  • Maintain ongoing accuracy of digital network & radio campaigns.
  • Understand and assist with campaign site allocation and other operational deliverables.
  • Liaise with our key internal partners to coordinate and deploy their campaign content across the digital & radio networks
  • Partner with the required sales team reps to ensure on-time campaign delivery and to gain an understanding of upcoming campaigns.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders within the assigned vertical to ensure client expectations are met.


About You

To succeed in this position, you'll be able to demonstrate:

  • Relevant experience working in digital or radio operations, preferably in a media owner organisation.
  • Experience working in sales & customer focused working environments.
  • Keen interest in the media landscape, desire to learn and develop within the industry.
  • Fantastic organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
  • Forward-thinking approach to your day to day activities.
  • Sound and adaptable communication style, both written and verbal, and be able to communicate across various levels.
  • Outstanding attention to detail.
  • Enthusiastic and motivated approach to work.
  • Knowledge of the retail environments will be highly regarded.
