We are looking for a HR Business Partner to join us on a 3- 6-month FTC.

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you'll play a key role in supporting business functions that are delivering transformational programmes. If you’ve got experience in corporate business partnering, managing stakeholders up to Executive Level, and having those engaging and strategic conversations then this is the role for you to have real impact to drive the delivery of the people plan, talent management and succession for our People & Property Functions.
Salary: Competitive + Bens
Location: Whitbread Court, Dunstable, LU5 5XE. We offer flexible working and require you to be in the office at least 2 days per week

What You’ll Do
- Provide a proactive, commercial, and strategic partnership with the senior business leads
- Collaborate with the Centres of Excellence to develop our People Plan and embed successfully in your function.
- Proactive lead in our talent cycle.
- Work closely with the Resourcing Partners to attract, hire and retain diverse business teams with right capability, creativity, and leadership.
- Ensure action planning is in place to improve engagement in business teams
- Undertake project work when required.
What We Need
- Corporate Business Partnering essential, exposure to HR & Property functions are advantageous.
- Strong HR background and experience in shaping initiatives and influencing decision making.
- Experience in working with Exec Level Stakeholders and partnering with senior leadership teams as a trusted expert.
