We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Fleet Officer at our Geraldton Depot, on a permanent part-time basis working a total of 26.25 hours per week.
About this role
As the Fleet Officer you will be required to provide support and advice to the business around fleet practices to ensure compliance with all fleet policy/guidelines and support fleet specialist work stream leaders with administration and data entry support.
- Timely administration support for Fleet internal and external customers
- Responsible for providing advice on fleet activities to the rest of the business.
- Update Fleet data base (Ellipse) in an accurate and timely manner.
- Contribute to the reduction of total fleet operating costs.
About you
We are seeking someone with experience and attributes that include:
- Year 10 High School Certificate or equivalent in English, Maths, Science and Computing.
- At least 2 + years general office administration experience.
- Good data entry accuracy.
- 2 years general office experience in a large vehicle repair shop.
