Your New Role...
Ready to step behind the magic? We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Personal Assistant to support our spellbinding team and help keep the magic running smoothly! You will b reporting to the Tours & Retail Office Manager, providing support and day-to-day administrative functions including diary management, travel, expenses, producing PowerPoint presentations, and organising and booking meetings.
Your Role Accountabilities...
- Work with the T&R senior leadership team to coordinate meeting requests and travel arrangements, including visas, flights, hotels, and restaurants, providing a full, detailed itinerary of all trips.
- Reconciliation of expenses for the senior leadership team.
- Coordinate and assist with staff events and ordering hospitality.
- Facilitate tour ticket requests and organise any related additions, such as personal guides and goody bags.
- Minute and note taking when requested
- Assisting with the efficient functionality of the Tours & Retail office. Liaise with IT, Facilities, and various operational departments to ensure any issues are dealt with quickly.
- Cover reception desk responsibilities for breaks, lunch, sick leave, and holidays.
- Provide consistently high standards of service and a professional image at all times with internal staff and external visitors.
Qualifications & Experiences
- Experience in team administrative support, performed and supported at PA level.
- Experience in diary and travel management.
- A team player who can operate and demonstrate self-management and motivation to be part of a team.
- Experience collaborating with a Senior Leadership Team
