Ventia’s Accommodation Administrator assists with accommodation and reception services at the Anglo American Mine Site Camp based in Middlemount. The full-time permanent salary is $81,582.18 plus superannuation, annual leave and sick leave with meals and accommodation provided while on site. The roster for the role is 14 days on, 7 day off with 10hours days, on a drive in, drive out basis.

Responsibilities

• High volume accommodation check-ins
• Receptionist duties where customers are addressed in a polite, courteous and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Data entry work that is compliant with contractual processes, procedures and standards
• Demonstrate consistency in work, be reliable, dependable, and punctual and follow instructions
• Demonstrate an ability to work well within a team environment and take on the responsibility of ensuring all work tasks are completed.
• Ensure a safe and hazard free workplace environment by reporting any health and safety hazards

Experiences & Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as part of team
• Hotel reception, prior mining village accommodation or front desk experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to details
• Experience within a similar role
• Great customer service skills
