Ventia are currently seeking expressions of interest from Boilermakers for the iconic Blast Furnace 5 shutdown at BlueScope Wollongong from 6 - 9th September 2022.

You will be working alongside fantastic people on an iconic location and contributing to the growth of the company as well as growing your skills and experience.

This role will see you working 10–12-hour days at the competitive pay rate of $41.75 per hour plus penalties. Travel allowance provided for eligible candidates.

In order to be successful for this role you must:

• Australian trade qualification in Fabrication
  

• Hold a current Working at Heights & Confined Space
  

• Have recent work experience as a Mechanical Fitter, preferably in a Shutdown capacity
  

• Have a strong commitment to safe work practices
