- Train and mentor residential leaders to provide effective support and guidance to the resident community.
- Oversee community consultation to gather insights and feedback, shaping the development of a holistic educational program.
- Design and implement programs that promote personal development, life skills, and community engagement.
- Provide conflict resolution guidance to help young residents navigate challenges and maintain a harmonious living environment.
- Collaborate within a passionate team to support overall operations and create a united approach to student support.
- Serve as a role model, coach, and mentor to students, helping them grow as leaders and community members.
This Fixed Term position is a full time 12-month opportunity with the potential to become ongoing at a HEW 6 Higher Education Level and will be based at Callaghan.
