Description of role:

The role will be reporting to the Head of Marketing and will be responsible for:

  • To deliver the marketing strategy on behalf of our global regions, across Training / exams and Global technical services; UK, India, SEA, North Africa, Caspian Sea, Middle East and Pakistan
  • To create, plan and deliver a global, consistent marketing plan across several core activities including; Webinars / events, Social / email, Web content, SEO, SMS
  • 2 x global reports will sit in global offices and are direct reports, covering contents and events.
  • Each global office has an existing marketing executive, for which you will steer, support and guide to deliver local strategy, linked to the central plan.
  • The generation of awareness, leads and exposure to our expertise locally, will be the vision. Building the TWI brand globally, with a local flavour.
  • To protect the brand through delivery, linked to brand guidelines.
  • To design automated, centralised processes, for tracking and monitoring performance
  • To build a collective team globally, sharing and collaborating on new ideas
  • Scaling-up of regional success techniques and application globally

Key responsibilities:

  • Strategy build and delivery
  • Local Marketing executive motivation, enablement
  • Building excellent relationships with central UK marketing team
  • Drive innovation through new platforms and techniques
  • Performance monitoring
  • Researching latest digital marketing techniques
  • Managing direct staff and integrating them to deliver with local executives

Travel:

This position may require regular travel both in the UK and abroad ~10% expected
