About the Role

Step into our Banksmeadow Contact Centre and embrace the role of a Customer Service Consultant, where every interaction is an opportunity to connect with our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat.

Offering up to 25 hours per week, this position provides a harmonious balance between work and personal life. Whether you're a student seeking valuable work experience, a parent re-entering the workforce, or a retiree eager to stay active.

And don’t worry if you're new to the Contact Centre environment; comprehensive training is provided to equip you with the skills necessary to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Address all customer queries promptly and professionally.
  • Handle each customer interaction with empathy and resilience, adapting to diverse needs and situations.
  • Holding a conversation while managing multiple tasks is crucial in this fast-paced role.
  • Educate customers on how to use our self-service platforms effectively.
  • Utilise our CRM systems to accurately capture customer data and service requests.

About You

You're a skillful communicator with a knack for adapting your style to different customer personalities and situations. Teamwork is second nature to you, and customer service is your north star. Comfortable with technology, you're adept at solving problems on-the-fly and can effortlessly multi-task across various systems. Most importantly, confidence in navigating technology is non-negotiable for you, especially in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
