Salary: €64,000 - €96,000 depending on experience + performance-related bonus + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

What is the Role?
Our Business Readiness Manager is responsible for ensuring the SSE Airtricity (SSEA) business is prepared for any changes that may affect its operations, processes and people, as a result of the Keystone Programmes implementation. You will work with various stakeholders to assess the impact of change, develop and implement readiness plans, and monitor and evaluate the outcomes.
This is a senior role within our Keystone programme, which is recognised as critical for the SSEA business in terms of modernising our core systems platform, delivering transformational benefits, and creating a sustainable business empowered by digital capability for future operations. In this role you will:
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, sponsors, and champions, and act as a liaison between the project team and the business units.
- Lead and coordinate the business readiness activities across the organisation, including communication, training, testing, and transition support.
- Develop and execute comprehensive and tailored business readiness plans that address the specific requirements and expectations of each stakeholder group and business unit.
- Track and measure the effectiveness and impact of the business readiness activities, using various metrics and feedback mechanisms, and report on the status, issues, and risks to the project team and senior management.
- Work with key stakeholders to complete a formal Business Impact Assessment (BIA) to identify and assess the business readiness needs and risks for each change initiative.
What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
- Demonstrable experience in business readiness, change management, or project management, preferably in a large and complex organisation.
- Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver business readiness activities for multiple and concurrent change initiatives.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, fostering collaboration with diverse stakeholders and ensuring effective dissemination of key messages.
- A highly organised nature, detail-oriented and adaptable, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
