We're looking for a Frameworks Bid Executive to join the team and support the successful delivery of our framework bids.

Frameworks are essential to Softcat's public sector business – more than 80% of our revenue in this space is transacted through frameworks.

You'll be working closely with experienced Framework Bid Managers to support the bid process' operational, administrative, and compliance aspects while developing the skills to step into bid management.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone starting their career who has great attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a willingness to learn. You don't need prior bid experience – we'll train you.

As Framework Bid Executive, you'll be responsible for:

• Selection Questionnaires – Completing or supporting PQQs, ESPDs, and other pre-qualification documentation.
• Pipeline & Tracker Maintenance – scanning tender portals, updating internal trackers, and maintaining structured records.
• Document & Submission Support – Reviewing documents, formatting responses, and managing submission materials.
• Quality Checks - Supporting last-stage checks to ensure compliant, polished submissions.
• Clarification Management – Helping track and respond to clarification questions throughout the bid process.

We'd love you to have:

• Detail-oriented – you spot the small things that make a big difference. We've hidden a few minor errors in this document to test your attention to detail.
• Organised & proactive – you can juggle multiple tasks and keep things on track
• A fast learner – you pick things up quickly and enjoy figuring things out
• A clear communicator – you're confident engaging with colleagues in meetings and over email.
• Comfortable with tech – you're confident using Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint and picking up new tools.
