On Premise Trade Marketing Manager

- LIVING THE RED BULL ON PREMISE CULTURE
You will assume and live the Red Bull OP culture by being an active ambassador for the Red Bull brand and product in front of the team and the On Premise Network.
- DEVELOPMENT OF STRATEGIES AND TOOLS
You will develop the marketing activation strategy for On Premise segments like Bars, Clubs, HORECA, Catering, QSR, Delivery together with On Premise Stakeholders, with focus on insights and segment marketing plans. You will uncover important On Premise trends and opportunities and develop creative marketing solutions by segment. You must understand the On Premise landscape and how to apply marketing tactics to fit customers and Red Bull's needs. You will be responsible for the development of activation plans & toolkits for selected key customers to drive distribution & volume by ensuring we look like number 1, build Relevance to Consumption & Win vs Competition.
- UPHOLD BRAND STANDARDS ACROSS ALL ACTIVATIONS
You will coordinate & support field teams for in-outlet activation, internal marketing teams to develop account messaging strategy that aligns with company programs and work to protect Red Bull brand equity in all activations.
- REPRESENT RED BULL MARKETING IN CUSTOMER MEETINGS & PLANNING SESSIONS
You will be the expert in Red Bull Marketing opportunities and projects for customer partners, understand customer needs and align with Red Bull Brand and On Premise strategic priorities as well as work with marketing counterparts (e.g., Sports, Gaming, Culture, and Brand) for customer marketing plans development Represent the Brand to promote business opportunities.
- DRIVE STRATEGY INTO ACTION
You will enable field teams by rolling out & implementing our Marketing strategy & initiatives. You will be working closely with On Premise Stakeholders to support the creation of action plans & adaption of tools to unleash local opportunities as well as support acquisition & growth of new customers and continue to push the boundaries with existing ones, via impactful Joint Business Plans (JBP’s) to increase our Distribution & Volume Communicate strategy to the On Premise Stakeholders and field teams to ensure understanding and adoption.
EXPERIENCE:
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
- +4 years of experience in Trade Marketing
- with a proven track record working with brands across marketing and sales functions
- Knowledge of the On Premise industry and trade are required
- Ability to analyse complex trends and connect the dots between multifaceted disciplines
- Solid understanding of sales processes & high-level negotiation with Key Accounts Strategic ability
- Can develop specific

- Bachelor's degree
