To flourish in this role, we seek:
A minimum of six years’ experience in professional services or industry roles that resonate with our vision.
Academic achievements such as a degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or related fields. Professional certifications like CA, CPA, CIA, CISA are treasured.
A thorough grasp of internal control concepts (COSO, COBIT), risk management frameworks and auditing practices.
Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance is welcomed but not mandatory.
Strong organizational skills coupled with the ability to nurture client relationships through empathetic engagement.
Leadership skills that embody empowerment focused on elevating those around you.
