THE FUNCTION
Our Integrated Talent Management (ITM) function, part of the broader People & Culture (P&C) organization has restructured to now cover specialist domains including:
The Exec TA CoE & Capabilities team are responsible for Employment Value Proposition, Strategic TA and Talent Mapping, Executive Hiring for our top 200 positions (SG17+) globally, along with sourcing strategy and experience for that community. In addition the ITM team covers Core and Leadership Capabilities, Capability Building, Skills Management, and “Always on Learning”. As a CoE we aim to create sustainable work models with elevated outcomes.

- Support development of TA strategy to attract top talent to PMI
- Develop strategic talent acquisition plan aligned with PMI Compass and talent needs
- Partner with Functions, Categories and Regions to understand their hiring needs across organization
- Design a comprehensive approach across PMI for candidate experience
- Lead all aspects of the implementation of innovative and efficient candidate experience for professional, volume & executive hiring, work collaborative with TA GPO
- In collaboration with GTAD develop and build onboarding strategy to enhance employee engagement
- Strategic Advisory
- External talent pipeline, retention, internal workforce trends, succession planning,
- Building a competitive advantage, increasing innovation
- Research and analyze industry trends, competitive practices, and emerging technologies
- Work with Global Talent Acquisition Department (GTAD) to shape recruitment analytics dashboards to track key performance indicators, recruitment costs, and other key metrics
YOUR STAKEHOLDERS
Your key stakeholders will include global Categories and Functions, Regional Heads, P&C Leadership Team, P&C Business Partners, P&ED: GTAD & TA GPOs
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Our preferred candidate takes a wholistic view to “talent” from an attraction standpoint through to acquisition and including candidate experience.
- Experience in a Human Capital or People Advisory Services division of a top tier consulting business considered desirable.
- Demonstrable experience in the full spectrum of Talent Acquisition ranging from Early Careers through to Executive hiring. You may have held an end-to-end recruiter role with exposure to stakeholders at the top end of the organization.
- Beyond this, you have worked in or collaborated closely with the TA CoE’s and as a result possess deep and cutting-edge knowledge of the underlying technology systems and processes that enable a TA engine.
- You have a steadfast passion for candidate experience.
- You have consulted to or worked directly for global and heavily matrixed organizations, and you embrace change and transformation.
- Sophisticated strategy paper and report writing skills - defining, publishing, and presenting plans and engaging delivery teams to deploy those plans. In addition, putting in place tangible and measurable success indicators.
- A data centric storyteller – using internal and external market data to build narratives to continually track and refine the performance of the TA organization.
