The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse who has a passion for developing and implementing Health & Wellbeing initiatives to join our Safety Health Environment & Community team at Prominent Hill.
This role reports to the Senior Health and Wellbeing Advisor and involves working back-to-back as the site Registered Nurse supporting operations with primary health care whilst working on and delivering exciting initiatives to improve the Health & Wellbeing of our FIFO workers. You must have an AHPRA Registered Nurse without restrictions to be considered for this opportunity.
You will deliver:
- Provide primary health care treatment
- Provide work related injury management and assist in rehabilitation and return to work programs as needed
- Perform health and medical surveillance of at-risk personnel
- Provide and assist with emergency medical and trauma services to personnel in emergency incident response and recovery
- Document of information in electronic management systems
- Deliver fitness for work programs, including drug and alcohol testing
- Contribute and deliver in health promotion programs.
- Management of stock and equipment
