How can you Unearth the Possibilities with Nufarm?

Based in Chicago Heights, IL Nufarm is looking to engage a motivated Regional Tolling Planner who will be responsible for ensuring customer requirements are met on time through reviewing and finalising the Regional Supply Plan considering all available tolling resources and capacities.

What will you be doing?

• Leverage data analytics tools and methodologies to analyze supply chain data, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Conduct scenario analysis to assess the impact of various supply chain disruptions, market changes, and business decisions on long-term supply plans.
• Develop and implement long-term supply strategies that align with the organization's business objectives, ensuring a steady and cost-effective flow of materials and products to external manufacturing partners.
• Provide Tollers with long range production forecasts and execute "buying capacity" as appropriate.
• Ensure effective Production and Material planning for tolling requirements outside the Nufarm manufacturing network and manage the on-time delivery of said requirements.
• Ensure appropriate management of tolling requirements through engagement within Nufarm.
• Ensure raw materials are purchased and available prior to release of production orders with material planner support.
• Support relevant demand and supply forums in particular the IBP process: Provide input as required, report issues and attend at the Regional Supply Review meeting.
• Ensure overall end-to-end tolling execution considering planning and ERP transactions with material planner support.
• Provide Tollers with long range production forecasts and execute "buying capacity" as appropriate.
• Manage in-country Tolling Planners (where required)
• Train Tolling personnel about ERP transactions where NF remote terminal is available.
• Ensure effective inventory management at toll locations, including minimizing obsolete inventory to mitigate risks for the company.
• Inventory management and control at tolling locations.
• Contribute to the optimization of transport and warehousing networks in cooperation with the Procurement / Logistics leads.
• Coordinate with relevant teams for material and inventory reconciliation.
• Work in close cooperation with the Regional to ensure adherence to corporate procedures are met.
• Interact with Procurement for costs and contract related topics.

What do you bring?

Nufarm is looking for a Regional Tolling Planner with a Diploma or Bachelor level qualification in Supply Chain or related field of CPIM (APICS or similar proof of skills/ educational background) and experience (3+ years) in Operational Supply Chain and proven experience in supply chain planning, with a focus on long-term supply planning and data analytics. The ideal candidate will have experience managing toller relationships
