As an intern you will be working on challenging projects with high impact during your full-time internship. Throughout yourInternship, youwill playa keypartwithinthe Org Effectiveness & Experience team and will partner withPeople & Culture Managers (PCMs)to executeprojectsagainst Company and Business Unit specific strategy forNortonLifeLock.You willobserve andcontribute tosupporting workforce and workplace planning processes including Talent Management, Succession Planning, Development, Quarterly Talent Review along with leadership and employee coaching.

What You Will Do

(Responsibilities)

  • Primarily work with the People & Culture Managerson most P&C deliverables.

  • Take part in Business Unit and broaderNLockworkforce and workplace planning processes including Talent Management, Succession Planning, Development, Quarterly Talent Review and Performance management.

  • Shadow current People & Culture Managers when providing advice, guidance, market practices and options to Business Leaders, P&C BPs and Centres of Excellence (COE) on all Employee Relation and Performance management issues advising on risk, lowering risk and appropriately partnering with our Legal and Investigations teams.

  • Supporting business organizations to drive innovation, employee engagement and process improvement.

  • Contribute to a project that willconclude in your final week and be presented to the P&C leadersfor review.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in the final year of a Bachelor’s program, or currently enrolled in a Master’s program.

  • Ability to speak and write in English fluently.

Preferred qualifications

  • Knowledge of the cyber security industry andNortonLifeLock’stechnology and products.

  • Demonstrated project management and organizational skills.

  • Willingness to become a part of the team and to learn.
