Summary of Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytically skilled professional to join our Executive Benefits team. This role will focus on supporting and driving new business development in the Insurance Company-Owned Life Insurance (ICOLI) space. The ideal candidate will combine strong financial modeling and investment analysis capabilities with a consultative approach to client engagement and proposal development. The candidate should possess a strong desire to grow and develop as a professional to meet the needs of the business.
This is a full-time position working from our Austin, TX office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the executive benefits and ICOLI markets, with a focus on mid-to-large market employers.
- Lead the development of strategic proposals and sophisticated financial models tailored to prospective clients and joint-venture partners.
- Conduct in-depth analysis and interpretation of complex legal and financial documents, including life insurance contracts, private placement memoranda, and partnership agreements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, actuarial, investment, and compliance teams to design and implement customized executive benefit solutions.
- Maintain and enhance internal databases of financial and market intelligence to support data-driven business development strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate portfolio performance metrics, and maintain forecasting tools to support strategic decision-making.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory developments, and tax implications relevant to ICOLI and executive compensation planning.
- Support the preparation and delivery of high-impact client presentations and internal strategy briefings.
