NFP Retirement, Inc. is seeking a Financial Education Manager.
The Manager, Financial Education works directly with the leadership of NFP Financial Education to assist and manage the successful implementation of NFP Financial Education. This position will also work to integrate Financial Education with our NFP Wealth Management success. This position will be responsible for the creation of Financial Education content/ strategy, the training of our financial educators, and the oversight of their success.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide financial education support to all financial coaches and wealth managers in all areas of financial planning
- Oversee and manage all financial education content
- Customize financial education curriculum on topics to accommodate client requests
- Provide financial education training to our financial coaches and wealth advisors on financial planning topics
- Provide financial education training on advanced financial planning topics
- Examples: tax strategies, estate planning strategies, risk management strategies
- Teach financial coaches how to build better relationships with clients
- Assist in the RFP process for financial education opportunities
- Manage the successful implementation of NFP Virtual Series
- Manage the successful implementation of NFP Workplace Solutions
- Manage the successful implementation of NFP Pathways Academy
