We have an exciting opportunity at nbn, as the Project Coordinator reporting to Executive Manager, Engagement & Business Management

A bit about your role

The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the requirements of the Field Services Executive Manager Engagement & Business Management. To be successful in this role, you will proactively anticipate the needs of the EGM office providing project support, coordination of engagement initiatives and activities, event and logistics management, administrative and general support duties of a broad and confidential nature to the EGM and EM.

A bit about you

The successful candidate for this role thrives on being an all-rounder. Have good experience as a project support, assistant or a similar role supporting senior level executives in a fast pasted industry. This role will suit a self-motivating, dynamic and versatile individual to join the team.

The Ideal candidate will have excellent organisational, interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills with an ability to work independently and collaboratively with a diverse range of people in a fast-paced environment. Experience as an assistant along with event management and a proven ability to develop new process and improve existing process would be an added advantage. Creative and problem-solving skills with a flair for design and storytelling with strong editorial and proof-reading skills is beneficial.
