The Strategy, Execution, Planning & Change team within Personal Banking plays a key role in partnering with stakeholders to ensure a consistent end-to-end experience for our customers, working closely with colleagues and stakeholders to realise NAB’s Personal Banking Strategy.
This is a pivotal Consultant role within the Channel Insights & Development team. This role tracks, collates, prepares and measures NAB’s channel performance, benchmarked against peers to support investment, strategic and managerial decisions. You are key to helping NAB better understand how we compare, and what opportunities we should pursue to serve customers well.
Responsibilities for this crucial role include:
- Prepare customer/competitor, proposition, distribution and service trends, develop and maintain a research library, and promote the usage of customer/market information in strategic and tactical activity
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather data findings, socialise recommendations, and key insights
- Develop, track, and implement frameworks aligned to strategy to ensure NAB can achieve strategic goals.
- Identify & recommend solutions to business for major projects, operations, and investment decisions
- Manage data model development, training, and distribution
Naturally curious, you will have loads of passion and be a pro-active self-starter to ensure effectiveness in the role. You are also well organised, have superb attention to detail and apply logic in dealing with problems. Specifically, you can demonstrate:
- Extensive stakeholder management skills across all levels
- Strong organisation, and problem-solving skills
- Adaptable to shifting priorities, milestones, and deadlines
- Sound knowledge across Office 365 and other collaboration tools
- Solid spreadsheet skills and PowerPoint presentation skills
- Basic skills in database management at a practical level
- Corporate or large business experience preferred, with strong digital channel management experience/exposure
- Tertiary qualified with a Degree in Business
