About the team
As part of NAB’s Customer Resolution and Remediation business unit within Commercial Services, you will be part of a talented and engaged team that supports delivery of our remediation commitments. You will report to the Head of Remediation communications. The team consists of a diverse range of disciplined and enthusiastic professionals. The team are dedicated and provide a great customer experience at every interaction and putting things right fast.
About the role
The Consultant, Remediation Marketing Communications is responsible for communicating to customers informing them of remediation on their accounts or services.
What you’ll be doing
Key accountabilities underpinning your success in this role are:
- Designing, developing, delivering, optimising customer communications and regulatory communications for many key portfolios. This requires significant customer communication using a range of 1:1 media including (but not limited to) SMS, email, online platforms and a primary focus on direct mail
- Working with key stakeholders
- Managing the production of all campaign elements including creative development, campaign setup and delivery
- Tracking campaign progress and applying learnings
- Ensuring appropriate sign off from relevant parties eg. Event owner and Legal
What you’ll bring
With experience in the delivery of end-to-end multichannel (DM, SMS, eDM, online) below the line campaigns, you will be an exceptional Consultant with outstanding communication, influencing and relationship building skills that enable you to effectively engage your stakeholders. You can also demonstrate:
- Solid program design, creative development, production, budget management and optimisation expertise
- Working knowledge of direct mail and digital communications
- Solid data skills; with the ability to independently design and evaluate data to form conclusions and guide decision making
- Outstanding project management skills
- A can-do attitude to making things better, and the courage to challenge things that have ‘always been done this way'
