At NAB, it's all about our people reaching their full potential. We currently have a need to backfill an Associate within the Lending Admin team
Reporting to the Lead, Lending administration, the team have a need for an Associate t to provide Stakeholders, colleagues and customers with a cost effective and efficient best practice service delivery.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- The facilitation of loan drawings, repayments, interest rate resets and fee payments via core system (Loan IQ) and/or manual process
- Accurately record fee income and process payments to both Lenders and Borrowers
- Reconcile account and bank statements as required
- Completion of New and Terminated facility checklists
- Working closely with the CME Relationship Managers to provide a seamless service to Borrowers and Syndicate Banks
- Maintaining deal parameters such as pricing within Core system (Loan IQ) and/or manual process
- Ensuring electronic records management relating to payments is completed accurately and on a daily basis
- Management email flow in group inbox and monitor, respond to and action all requests received in a timely and professional manner and escalate to Manager and Senior Manager in a timely manner where required
- Review documentation in a timely manner and provide comments in relation to the operational aspects of the transaction
- Attend and contribute to pre-close meetings with both internal and external parties as required
- Contribute towards ongoing process improvement.
