As an Associate, we're looking for a confident and professional individual to provide analytical, customer service, sales and administrative support to assist in supporting our Equipment and Asset Finance clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assist with broker settlements
  • Contact brokers regarding settlements and any feedback that has been provided
  • Complete KYC requirements
  • Assist with post settlement requirements including providing payout letters
  • Provide quotes to brokers
  • Assist with credit and lending submissions
  • Ensure settlement documents are sent to eViewer

About You:

You will have experience in analysing financials and writing credit submissions for business loans. Strong customer service and confident communication skills are essential. An aptitude and flair for client development/sales is also required. Ideally you will also have:

  • a strong understanding of the end-to-end commercial lending process
  • attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • excellent time management
  • knowledge of lending compliance, operational risk and responsible lending
  • good understanding of business banking products, services and policies
  • a degree in business, commerce, law, economics or equivalent (desirable); or relevant work experience.
