We currently have several exciting opportunities as an Advisor for our Colleague Connect team. Part of this role is to deliver an outstanding, multi-channel colleague experience, providing generalist advice and support on HR related policies, processes and systems.

The role will be a hybrid working model (on site/remote working) with the exception of training periods. You will be required on site for the first portion of training.

The work you will do

  • Provide timely and accurate advice to colleagues in relation to People & Culture processes and policies
  • Action position requests through NAB’s internal SAP systems
  • Work effectively with peers to understand the issues to be solved
  • Monitor processes and suggest improvements to team ways of working
  • Meet agreed SLAs regarding service delivery through various channels (phone, email and workflow portal)
  • Communicate effectively to obtain a shared understanding of priorities and deliverables

Meet agreed internal standards, productivity targets and customer satisfaction ratings.
