We are looking for a collaborative and passionate individual to join our graduate program 2024 in our Water Resources sector. You will be supporting with the planning and delivery of projects, engaging with clients, developing your skills, assisting with bids and proposals and working as part of an experienced team.

About you

We are looking for someone who is graduating at the end of 2023 in a relevant Bachelor's degree and a passion for water engineering. This role will present you with a fantastic opportunity to further develop your technical skills through interesting and challenging project work, with great prospects for career progression as the business continues to grow. You will work as part of a dynamic team to develop and apply innovative solutions with a demonstrated commitment to Net Zero, reducing carbon and cutting edge digital design.

You have a desire to make a difference in the world, and share the values we believe in. We would love for you to be a collaborative person, who has a hands-on approach to problem-solving and is interested in upskilling or passionate about digital tools and design. You could be involved in a range of responsibilities which include:

• Water Resources and Flood management - we take a catchment-wide approach to understand risks and develop solutions for our partners across Australia and Southeast Asia via Mott McDonald's global network of office.
• Work on nationally significant transport related flood assessments - including major road, rail and development projects across QLD, NSW, VIC, and WA.
• Climate resilience studies for clients in the Water, Energy, and Defence sectors.
