Risk Management services provide anti-fraud protection for Azure, Office, Xbox, Ads and other Microsoft online businesses to ensure legit customers can come in enjoy the services smoothly with minimum friction while impacts from fraudsters are minimized. Our services make decisions with ML models in split seconds in huge scale, run near-real-time / offline scans to catch missed fraud, provide sophisticated tooling to enable human fraud experts investigating suspicious cases, and operate data solutions to empower other data-driven anti-fraud innovations.

Responsibilities

We are looking for Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive and deliver our product roadmap for Risk Management services. You will have the opportunity to influence and drive strategy and platform roadmap for Risk Management, to design and deliver features and capabilities that enables us to better serve legit customers while minimizing fraud losses. You will collaborate with other PM/TPM/engineering leaders to ensure Risk Management is well fitted in end-to-end launch of new scenarios.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent field.
  • 2+ years of Technical Program Management or similar technical experience designing and shipping high scale systems
  • Demonstrated success in coordinating efforts across a large group of stakeholders across different product lines to deliver results.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
  • Experience of influencing engineering team without authority.
  • Experience of working with globally distributed team.
  • Strong sense of curiosity and a willingness to learn, share, and improve.
  • Preferred qualifications
    o Experience with UI tooling
    o Experience with public cloud services, such as Azure, AWS, GCP
    o Experience with big data processing.
    o Experience with large scale anti-fraud tooling.
