Responsibilities
The purpose of this role:
The Program Architect works with customer to lead and deliver complex multi-domain architecture, multi-workstreams with high ROI solutions focus on Azure platform, Web Development, Data & AI and DevOps, as well as integrating with the wider focus areas of on – premises infrastructure, security and other applications. Great communication skills and executive presence are essentials as you will be engaged across senior client roles helping solve complex business problems and day to day engagement management.
We are looking for an experienced Program Architect for the Azure Cloud and AI Domain to continue our growth and extend our capabilities in this area.
What are we looking for?
- You can work at the executive level and take responsibility for program’s success
- You can lead a team of architects who themselves lead individual projects
- You can execute program governance in conjunction with the Program Director
- You can work with the Program Office and drive integration across different Technology Domain methodologies and approaches
- You can define and maintain Technology Domain alignment mapping and aligning requirements/constraints
- You can define a common release schedule and timeline at the program level
- You can drive technical vitality within the customer through Architecture Review Boards engaging in provocative and constructive discussions

- You have a fundamental understanding of the Solution Architecture and be able to adapt to well-defined processes and tools.
Required Experiences:
- 5-7 years solid and demonstrable experience on medium to large-scale projects in a solution architecture capacity.
- Executive level communication and collaboration skills with experience communicating across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Structured thinking, with the ability to decompose complex problems and ideas into understandable and structured designs and specifications
- Strong experience in hands-on software development, infrastructure engineering, integration or systems architecture.
- Experience developing solutions in key areas of multi - domain architecture such as cloud platform, web, mobile, integration including API and event driven architecture, data, analytics, security and DevOps with Subject Matter Expertise in one or more.
- Experience with Azure technology platforms such as Azure infrastructure services, Azure Data services, Azure Integration services, Azure PaaS services, Azure security, Azure DevOps with Subject Matter Expertise in one or desire to grow knowledge in some of the others.
- Good understanding of Telecommunication or Financial Services industry verticals.
- Large enterprise program experience with Agile methodologies that are focused on business transformation or digital transformation.
Technical Qualifications
We would also expect you to be able to pass the following Azure Certifications Path in the first 6 months of employment with us, if you do not already hold them:
- Azure Architect Expert: AZ-900, AZ-303, AZ-304
- Azure DevOps Engineer Expert: AZ-400
