SMB Tele is a key sales engine for the segment with over 1,000+ vendor based inside sellers delivering over 1500k customer contacts a year, resulting in large customer adds and Cloud revenue in the hundreds of $M. This high touch To Customer engine has been under significant transformation and has now become a truly global engine, and is a partnership between WW SM and Solutions Sales, developing strategy, budgeting, targeting, vendor resourcing, sales play definitions, GSMO Field teams (SMB Tele Customer Program Managers) executing in the Areas/Subsidiaries, select Vendor Agencies providing the people and capabilities, and WW Operations connecting all into one cohesive engine.

In the WW SMB Tele team, the SMB Tele Productivity PM is a new role at the center of the transformation and execution of this engine. Your key responsibility is to increase our Seller productivity and their Sales Team effectiveness:

  • Leading Seller Readiness
  • Driving continuous improvement of the Seller Experience
  • Enabling efficient Sales processes

Through these core execution pillars, you will contribute to drive cloud revenue growth and strategic customer acquisition to SMB whilst maximizing returns on cost of sales.

To be successful in this role, you have a good experience and passion in some of the following: Sales enablement, readiness, project management, defining roadmaps & partnering with Engineering, process design and implementation, crm and lifecycle management, tele sales, and cloud services in the SMB market. You will be an essential member of a v-team across WW SMB Tele, WW SMB, WW Operations, Microsoft Learning, Sales Engineering, Vendor leadership and Field to drive transformation and execution.

Leading Selle Readiness:

Owning strategy, design and landing a plan augmenting Seller soft, hard, technical and social selling skills
Driving a curriculum in partnership with MS learning, SMC Sales Academy, SMC Sales Excellence, SMC Digital Sales, Product Marketing Groups, Tele Vendor Readiness Managers.

Driving Seller Experience:

Leading innovation in Digital Selling and owning the roadmap of enhanced capabilities, in partnership with Sales Engineering, Field Deployment, SMC Sales Excellence.

Evolving this high touch engine into an omni channel, combining Digital and Tele, in partnership with our Global Tele Vendor, our Field CMO and WW SMB.

Enabling efficient Sales Processes:

Owning and evolving our Microsoft Sales Process to our continuously evolving SMB Tele engine.

Innovating in our sales cycle connecting seamlessly to other core programs (Partner demand generation, Solution assessment…)

This position will require a high degree of engagement and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. This role is also unique in that it combines strategic thinking, business development, planning and landing with a large sales team. The role will report to the WW SMB Tele Global Lead, a member of the SMB and Solution Sales Leadership Team.

Qualifications

Required qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in program management, sales enablement, readiness, indirect or direct sales.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration/related field and/or Engineering degree or equivalent with a strong academic background.
  • Demonstrated project management, leadership, and cross-group collaboration skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills through all levels of the organization.
  • Desire to operate at the intersection of technology and business, spearheading organizational, operational, and technological change.
  • Demonstrated hypothesis-driven, problem-solving orientation with ability to leverage both quantitative and qualitative analyses to drive decision making.
  • Exceptionally strong personal initiative, good business instincts, and comfort with ambiguity.
  • Demonstrated ability to excel in an innovative, startup-like, fast-paced environment, with rapid exploration and ability to execute.

Ability to manage multiple simultaneous high-priority projects (often including project management of cross-functional v-teams).
