As a trusted advisor to the business as well as internal HR stakeholders, you will become a subject matter expert for immigration matters across all our EMEA locations. In this hands-on role, you will work closely with the current immigration manager, external immigration vendors, and maintain accurate immigration records for employees requiring relevant visa extensions and permanent residency applications.
You will have demonstrable experience in a similar HR role, ideally with experience of immigration compliance, right to work checks and visa reporting. With exemplary stakeholder management and case management skills, you will be able to manage competing priorities and be comfortable working independently. In addition, you will be able to identify and implement process improvements with an innovative approach to managing risks and promoting efficiency.
