▪ Reviews non-compliance issues within current compliance processes, systems, and procedures, and works with guidance to ensure solution of ad hoc problems within the assigned unit/(sub)discipline. ▪ Delivers support services (mostly of a routine nature) by using customer systems and protocols. ▪ Provides a quality service to customers by processing cases, dealing with complex queries and/or investigating and resolving customer problems, and may identify new customer retention or business opportunities. ▪ Develops personal capabilities using existing formal and informal training opportunities. ▪ Provides primary supervision to a team performing routine work. ▪ Responds to individual and team objectives and invests in improving personal performance by growing own skills and capabilities. ▪ Provides operational support by performing prescribed routine activities using existing systems and protocols. ▪ Provides operational support to senior colleagues by performing prescribed and non-routine compliance monitoring activities using existing programmes and protocols and giving basic advice on compliance and regulatory requirements.At Lloyds Banking Group, we're driven by a clear purpose; to help Britain recover.
