About Your Opportunity

As a Systems Thinking Consultant you’ll work with Leaders and their direct reports to create and deliver a transformation in performance which will improve customer outcomes, commercial results and employee experience.

Your focus:

Primarily on work redesign interventions.

• Execute interventions that are designed to deliver a step change to customer experience and deliver significant benefits

• Ensure there is sustainability of what we do at all levels and ensure appropriate management practices/ measures are developed to support this

• Ensure the LV= Systems Thinking way is utilised at all times for resolving core business problems

This will be delivered through:

• Embedding of a systems thinking culture

• Working with Leaders and their direct reports to understand how the whole system works from a financial perspective (typically beyond the immediate area of intervention / focus)

• Working with Leaders and their direct reports to help shift the thinking and behaviour as well as the strategy to identify and tackle system conditions

• Use knowledge and data to challenge current assumptions and drive change within the entire system.

• Assist leaders in defining the strategy for the design and management of work

• Support the associated cultural change to ensure that decisions made result in fair customer outcomes

• Knowledge transfer to support long term sustainability

• Apply expertise across a number of different disciplines to drive change within the broader system.

• Develop networks across businesses to ensure best practice within Systems Thinking is shared

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you'll have to show a strong financial and commercial awareness with the ability to interact confidently with people at all levels (including functional executives and external parties). You will need experience and knowledge of Systems Thinking methodology

Ways of Working

We are delighted to confirm that we are now a hybrid working business. Our office with flex model means that you will have the opportunity to work from home as well as coming into any of our LV=GI or Allianz offices. The role is working from home and can be based Nationwide.
