Part Time Customer Service Representative

LV=GI have a fantastic opportunity for 12 Customer Service Representatives on a Part time working pattern to join the Sales and Service Team.
We will be running a careers open day at the LV=GI Folly Hall Mills, St Thomas Road, Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, HD1 3LT office on Wednesday 10th August 2022 from 10:00 - 6:30pm. As a customer service representative, you will spend your time on the phone, talking to our customers about all their insurance needs. Enthusiasm is vital, because we expect your last customer of the day to receive exactly the same great experience as your first. You’ll need resilience and empathy too – you could be speaking to someone who is having to change their car after an accident or speaking to a customer who is vulnerable and needs help with their insurance.
We don’t set unachievable targets – at LV=GI you’ll be measured on the experience you offer customers and how you make them feel. You’ll be trained, supported and empowered to resolve every call in the best way possible.
Your start date will be 5th September 2022 and you will be working 18hrs a week on a fixed working pattern with a salary of £10.464.00.
Hours
Our new hybrid working model offers all employees the option to work from the Huddersfield office a minimum of 2 day a week and the option to work from home the remaining 1 day.
Your working pattern will be:
1 day a week 4.5 hours with day to be agreed
Saturday 9:00am – 5:00pm
Sunday 10:00am – 4:00pm
Please note if you are successful for the role you will need to commit to a 7-week training plan covering all systems, products and processes used. Full attendance is required.
