The role:

Knight Frank Australia have an exciting opportunity for a high performing, driven and motivated Director focusing on North Shore Investment and development site Sales based in our North Sydney office.

Your role will encompass identifying sales opportunities and generating activity across the relevant market leveraging your people management skills to manage an equally hardworking growing sales team.


Key responsibilities:

  • Systematic canvassing for new business and clients
  • Providing up to date market advice to clients
  • Negotiate and transact the sale of properties
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive marketing campaigns & proposals in line with Knight Frank standards
  • Conduct all necessary due diligence
  • Manage and mentor the sales team to ensure key budgets are met and exceeded
  • Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships


Who are we looking for?

  • A trustworthy, and collaborative focused individual dedicated to building long term relationships with a fundamental belief that the performance of the team is paramount
  • At least 5 years experience in the real estate industry with a proven track record
  • Agents Representative Certificate / Certificate of Registration (essential)
  • Tertiary qualification in Property, Business or Finance (preferred) however not essential
  • Proven and demonstrated track record of new business development
  • Ability to manage and mentor a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Highly self-motivated and results focused
  • Strong negotiation skills and business development knowledge
