Job Summary

As a Analyst / Associate within the Syndicate team, you will be part of a fast paced team. JPMorgan is a market leader in Global Securitized Products. Securitised Products Group (SPG) & Collateralised Loan Obligation (CLO) Syndicate is fast-paced, challenging, and intellectually intriguing. The main objective of SPG & CLO Syndicate is to work together with banking, research, trading, and sales to deliver best in class financing solutions to Asset Based Security (ABS) and Residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS) issuers, and CLO Managers.

Syndicate are involved in the full lifecycle of a new issue transaction: from pitching for new mandates, to giving input during the structuring phase, to leading the marketing of a transaction.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the marketing of JP Morgan SPG & CLO transactions
  • Manage internal and external communications across the full lifecycle of transactions
  • Follow market developments and news and help to prepare & deliver market updates
  • Maintain a variety of SPG & CLO databases
  • Organize roadshows and conference meetings
  • Build relationships with SPG & CLO issuers and investors

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Bachelors degree
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, and proactive
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a high-pressured, fast paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task and to manage multiple short-term and long-term projects

This role encompasses the performance of regulated activity. The successful candidate will therefore be subject to meeting regulatory requirements in the assessment of fitness, propriety, knowledge and competence (as assessed by the Firm) and (where appropriate) approval by the relevant regulatory authorities to carry out such activities.
