Human Resources leads the implementation of the Group’s people strategy in line with business objectives. It facilitates talent management, succession planning and employee mobility while defining and overseeing frameworks that support employee performance management, reward, learning and development, resourcing and engagement.
We are currently seeking a Senior HR Business Partner or HR leader to join our team as a Global DBS HR Business Partner Technology, partnering with colleagues and technology leaders to define, execute and achieve Technology's strategic ambitions.
Role Purpose
The Global Human Resources Business Partner, Technology leads the development and execution of people strategies aligned with Global Technology and DBS people priorities.
This role reports to the Global Head of HR, Technology and partners with Technology ExCo and their leadership team to embed organisational change, inclusive culture and colleague well-being, delivering strong business performance and a positive colleague experience.
In this role, you will:
- Lead development and execution of people strategies aligned with Global DBS HR and Group HR people strategy
- Collaborate with DBS Technology HR team, HR consultants and Centres of Excellence to diagnose people issues and opportunities and share inputs, leverage activities and HR best practice
- Focus on delivering excellent business outcomes by being a trusted HR leader and advisor who provides well-judged and thought provoking counsel to senior executives.
- Drive the Talent agenda and develop mission critical talent, identifying and enabling successors for key positions with a strong focus on diversity and inclusive representation.
- Provide expertise in organisational design, effectiveness and strategic workforce planning, by leveraging skills and experience in talent development, leadership development and deployment.
- Partner specific members of Technology ExCo and their Executive committees on strategic and critical people strategy and priorities articulating the importance of the people agenda in delivering positive culture, well-being and strong business performance
- Coach and develop Technology ExCo partner and business leaders
- Identify areas of continuous improvement and co-ordinates the capabilities and capacity required to deliver superior outcomes.
