The role
Our Partnerships programme is crucial to the long term success of GoCardless. We’re now seeking a Senior UK&I Partner Account Manager to work with a number of regionally strategic partners, as well as a number of others with high growth potential.
This role will play a key part in optimising and scaling this Programme to ensure our partners and shared merchants maximise value from partnering with GoCardless and increasing our revenue from this channel.
What excites you
- You’ll love building effective partner account plans to identify and prioritise both strategic goals and short term initiatives
- Build go-to-market partner plans for high potential partners, including identifying opportunities, securing commitments and working with our Partner Marketing team to execute agreed plans.
- Work closely with external and internal product teams to identify and deliver product development initiatives to support and drive growth.
- Working with Solutions Engineering and Product teams to build best-in-class technical solutions and continually improve existing integrations.
- Working cross functionally within GoCardless to develop and execute against growth plans, whilst also building your network within your assigned partners.
What excites us
- Experience in partner management, channel sales or ecosystem management, ideally in a B2B tech environment.
- You are comfortable learning a highly technical product. Whilst you won’t need to code, we will expect you to enjoy working with product teams and translating our product in external conversation
- You’re commercially astute and relish digging into data and using feedback from partners to identify growth opportunities
- You have strong relationship and stakeholder management skills and can effectively work with a range of functions and teams (Product, Solutions Engineering, Sales, Marketing)
- A natural project manager, able to coordinate cross functional resources and balance competing priorities.
- Ideal: You have experience working within the payments industry
Salary range: £86,400 - £129,600 + 50% OTE
Base salary ranges are based on role, job level, location, and market data. Please note that whilst we strive to offer competitive compensation, our approach is to pay between the minimum and the mid-point of the pay range until performance can be assessed in role. Offers will take into account level of experience, interview assessment, budgets and parity between you and fellow employees at GoCardless doing similar work.
