Our Opportunity:

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Administrator wishing to join our dynamic Construction team based in Perth.



Fulton Hogan's RAAF Base Pearce Project, located in Bullsbrook, WA, is approximately 18 months in duration and includes significant upgrades to existing airfield asphalt pavements, concrete pavements, drainage and airfield ground lighting (AGL) infrastructure.



Fulton Hogan's Cocos (Keeling) Islands Airfield Upgrade Project, which is progressing towards commencement later in 2023, will also likely provide further significant opportunities for the team.



As an instrumental team member, you will work closely with our Project Team providing financial and administrative support for the operations.

Your Contribution:

  • Accounts payable process management and purchasing including raising, receipting and proactive maintenance of open purchase orders ensuring commitments are current and accurate (role further supported by AP resources)
  • End of month activities including accruals, journals, reconciliations, reporting etc
  • Preparation of routine correspondence, minutes of meeting, registers and project reports
  • Coordinate preparation of the monthly report including maintaining key project statistics and dashboard items;
  • Assist with resource mobilisation inc. personnel, subcontractors, plant and equipment;
  • Maintain training records and coordinate training requirements;
  • Ensure that all timesheets, daily reports and other project record keeping is received, checked and processed
  • Manage travel and accommodation requirements for the project team including rosters (limited)
  • Ensure office environment remains safe, operational, efficient and compliant with all applicable company and statutory requirements;
  • Organise and maintain IT / office hardware;
  • Basic document control.



Let's Connect:

You will have previous experience in administration, ideally with the construction industry, and a good working knowledge of forms and contracts.

In addition:

  • Proven ability to provide leadership and guidance to the team, develop and contribute to an atmosphere of cooperation and teamwork;
  • Proactive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team whilst also having an ability to work independently;
  • Effective communication skills, with an ability to liaise professionally with both internal and external stakeholders;
  • Strong attention-to-detail, and a focus on quality outcomes;
  • Excellent IT skills with JDE experience preferred.
