Position Type: Permanent, full-time
Hours of work: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

The role
With a large in-house production facility and recent investment in direct sales and marketing capability, we are looking for the right individual to support Container Conversion team with lead generation and management, customer interactions and query handling, and quotation management.
From pop-up shops to unique office spaces, we specialise in turning shipping containers into functional, creative and bespoke spaces (Industrial/Commercial and Residential).
Key responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new leads through various channels.
- Support lead follow-up efforts through email communication and / or follow up calls to turn prospects into customers.
- Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customers’ questions or requests.
- Ensure high standard of customer service and satisfaction.
- Enter, update and maintain customer and lead information in Salesforce (CRM).
- Use Salesforce to track information and sales pipeline status.
- Prepare and issue quotes based on customer requirements and pricing guidelines.
- General admin duties.
About you
- Previous experience in sales support
- Experience in preparing and managing customer quotes or similar commercial documentation
- Proven administrative experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Ability to prioritise effectively
- Comfortable using CRM systems (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office tools
- Commercial awareness
It’s great, but not required, if you have:
- Knowledge of Salesforce
- Previous experience with Shipping container conversions or similar
- Previous experience with steel fabrication/manufacturing
