Role Overview:
As a Content Designer III, your focus will be on solving complex traveler problems through content across the end-to-end traveler journey. This spans multiple lines of business, brands, and geographies. Specifically at Insurtech, you will create traveler-centric content strategies deeply embedded in shopping and post-purchase experiences. Scalability and unique insurtech user needs will guide your approach. You’ll collaborate closely with design, product, research, analytics, and machine learning teams to deliver innovative and differentiated insurtech experiences for our global travelers.
What you'll do:
Demonstrate strong knowledge and skills in writing content for digital products.
Contribute to the content style guide and establish a scalable content strategy across the traveler journey.
Maintain a consistent and compelling voice and tone across complex product areas.
Use scalable frameworks to address structural problems with product content.
Design content solutions that improve systems, overcome technical constraints, and reduce content debt.
