We are seeking a highly motivated and globally-minded Paid Boosting Senior Manager to join our dynamic Social Media team reporting to the Senior Director, Global Head of Social Media.

This crucial role will play a pivotal role in driving growthby developing ourpaid boosting social media strategy and executionfor owned B2C and B2B social channelsacross multiple social platforms globally. You will be responsible for crafting the paid boosting global strategy and strategies for tentpole campaigns that resonate with our diverse audiences and generate significant brand awareness, engagement, and traffic on a global scale, working closely with a Paid Boosting Senior Specialist.

What you'll do:

  • Conduct thorough research on each global market, including cultural nuances, social media platform usage trends, and local regulations, to develop customized paid social media boosting strategies

  • Design and implement effective paid boosting social campaigns tailored to specific regional audiences, considering language variations, visual preferences, and cultural contexts

  • Manage the paid amplification of influencer content inclusive of process optimization and whitelisting

  • Leverage your global market understanding to identify and capitalize on emerging trends and platform features in each region

  • Understand and maximize our spend across platforms and brands while also creating synergies across paid campaigns holistically

  • Work closely with social strategy, creative teams, and local teams to share data-driven creative insights to improve the strategy and performance

  • Working with measurement and insights team, monitor and analyze campaign performance across different markets, identifying both regional successes and areas for improvement

  • Adapt and refine campaigns based on performance data and changing market conditions to maximize effectiveness across all regions

  • Stay abreast of the latest global trends in paid social media advertising and adapt strategies accordingly

  • Identify and implement new opportunities to leverage paid social media for regional and global business growth

  • Manage paid boosting budget on behalf of global social team

Who you are:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in paid social media advertising, with a proven track record of success in managing and optimizing global campaigns across diverse markets

  • Extensive knowledge of major social media platforms and their functionalities, including Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, TikTok, and others, with a deep understanding of their specific global reach and nuances

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively across diverse cultural backgrounds

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects, while also collaborating effectively with teams across different regions

  • Passion for social media and digital marketing, with a keen interest in global markets and cultural trends

  • Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a valuable asset

The total cash range for this position in Austin is $146,000 to $204,500. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $233,500, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $146,000 to $204,500. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $233,500, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

The total cash range for this position in West Hollywood is $155,000.00 to $217,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $248,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
