HR Administrator
Reporting to the Head of HR, working as an integral member of the airport People team, you will be responsible for proactively supporting the People Team in the delivery of the people strategy for the airport.

- Provide administration support for the HR, Occupational Health, Payroll and Recruitment activities within the people team.
- Recruitment and vetting – support volume and non volume recruitment and vetting, setting up interview and assessment days, checking and copying documents and carrying our Disclosure checks
- Procurement – raise, record and receipt invoices as required, administer sundry payments process.
- Manage the day to day filing, shredding, printing and scanning activities associated with the function ensuring that all records are stored accurately and confidentially in line with internal and external processes.
- Support monthly payroll activities as required
- Room bookings and arranging meetings and appointments as required for the team.
- Other general administration activities as required.
- Able to demonstrate technical competence through relevant administration experience, preferably within an HR focus but not essential
- Highly PC and systems literate including proficiency in Word, Excel and Powerpoint and the ability to quickly master web software.
- Ability to manage own workload and competing priorities to end objectives with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail and an understanding of business needs
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
