THE ROLE

Due to continued growth of the business, we have an opportunity for a Field Coordinator / Asset Inspector to join our evolving and thriving team based in Clayton, VIC. This role is a combination of office and field activities and provides a pathway for the right candidate to develop into a team leader role.

The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Carrying out field activities including asset inspection, reinforcing, and auditing.
  • Liaise with the Team Leader in relation to the works programs and assist with scheduling.
  • Assist the Team Leader in managing field staff and operational issues.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvements in safety, quality and productivity.
  • Assist in the development of new strategies and techniques for field activities.
  • Resolving customer enquiries resulting from field or office activities.

ABOUT YOU

  • Certificate II in Asset Inspection (required).
  • Current Drivers’ Licence.
  • Knowledge of Communication and Electrical Assets and Maintenance requirements.
  • Knowledge of the current asset inspection, pole reinforcement and related procedures, standards, and new developments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with customers and suppliers across all levels of the business.
  • A can-do attitude and the desire to succeed.
