Crane, Rigging & Scaffolding Supervisor
We currently have an opportunity available for an experienced Crane, Rigging & Scaffolding Supervisor to join our monumental Oil & Gas project in South Australia
The Crane, Rigging & Scaffolding Supervisor is a member of the Site Management team and is responsible for the delivery of projects within the agreed scope, timeframe, budget, quality and safety standards.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Direct and control construction activities to ensure that standards of quality, cost, safety and performance are observed and that time schedules are met;
- Determine labour availability and workloads, including R&R coverage;
- Providing input into lifting methodology reviews and authorising lift Work Packs;
- Review and authorise heavy lift program and completion schedule and delegate activities for the day-to-day direction of field schedule requirements;
- Establishing and maintaining effective communications with the Company’s representatives, Project Manager and field staff to ensure good working relationships are established and maintained
About You:
- Dual Advanced Ticket (RA/SA) + CO Crane Ticket
- Supervise and Co-ordinate Crane / Rigging / Scaffolding crews
- Strong Leadership and People management skills
- Excellent Approach to Safety
- Strong written and verbal communication skill
- Read / Interpret / Review Lift Studies
- Create Scaffold Plans and Gear Lists
- Intermediate Computer skills including MS Office programs
- 5yrs experience in similar role
