Class Start Date: September 2022
Shift Requirements:
10:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST Monday - Friday with weekends as assigned.
1:00 PM - 7:00 PM EST Monday - Friday with weekends as assigned.
3:00 PM - 9:00 PM EST Monday - Friday with weekends as assigned.
All shifts are listed in Eastern Time Zone.
Starting Wage: $14.75

What You’ll Do
Process late and trailing transactions on fraud status accounts and zero-fraud loss cases.
Update information from merchant receipts to the case information screen.
Make manual outbound calls to customers for transaction verification.

Process zero-dollar fraud loss cases.
Process late and trailing transactions on fraud-status accounts.

Qualifications
Basics
Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multi-task, as needed, to get the job done
