What will your typical day look like?
As a senior member of the Workforce Management and Payroll Services Team, you will be responsible for managing our UKG (Kronos) practice. Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Grow the practice revenue through the leading and managing business development activities to generate new opportunities and projects with new and existing Deloitte clients
- Establish, build and maintain relationships with the senior UKG leadership team and account representatives to enhance business development activities
- Manage and develop executive and senior level client relationships to generate business development opportunities and support in the delivery of projects
- Oversee the successful deployment of UKG solutions for our clients ensuring high quality delivery and client satisfaction
- Lead and manage the UKG consultant team overseeing their engagement, development, retention and growth.
- Build a network and relationships across Deloitte to support opportunities with current or as part of broader client base.
Essentially the primary role will be the drive the ongoing growth of the UKG practice across all the core components of the practice – business development, team development and growth, project delivery and client and vendor stakeholder management.
In any given day, you’ll be developing business development plans, meeting with key client stakeholders, planning, leading workshops directly with clients, collaborating with colleagues to evaluate & problem-solve complex requirements, advise on business development or delivery approaches and being a coach and mentor to the Deloitte UKG team.

Enough about us, let's talk about you
You will be someone with a genuine interest in both the human and technical side of HR, payroll and workforce management technology. While you’ll certainly have deep expertise in leading workforce management practices, UKG (Kronos) software, while you’ll need to bring an aptitude for consulting in a client-facing environment.
You will additionally have the following:
Tertiary level qualifications in Business, HR, IT or related areas
- Demonstrated practice management (or equivalent) experience in the management and growth of a team
- Strong and demonstratable leadership capabilities in the development, mentoring and coaching of teams
- Business development experience in the shaping and framing of technology enabled business transformation projects
- Knowledge of, and experience with, the UKG (Kronos) WFM solutions, specifically Workforce Dimensions is essential – including enterprise scale UKG (Kronos) implementation projects
- Experience in the successful implementation of HR or Workforce management technology solutions
- Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of information technology concepts and processes
- Good understanding of broad business issues cross multiple industries
- Ability to keep abreast of industry processes, technology changes, complementary product changes and keeping core product Kronos skills up to date
- Ability to mentor and develop junior consultants
- A drive for high quality successful delivery along with continuous process improvement
