About the Team

Joining the Workforce and Payroll Solutions (WPS) team as a member of the of this fast growing team you will be accountable for ongoing development and growth of the Workforce and Payroll Solutions Advisory capability area

Core components of the role will consist of:

  • Planning and Delivery of Work Force Management and Payroll Solutions using both hybrid and agile solutions
  • Leading and managing the successful the delivery of Work Force Management and Payroll Solutions, and
  • Developing and growing WPS Advisory and Payroll capability

You will be expected to lead and manage the delivery of complex projects and initiatives with clients across industry and enterprise level.

Partnering with the WPS leadership team encourage and develop the WPS team to ensure capability and quality delivery improvement is the centre of every project.

What will your typical day look like?

  • Identify and lead the planning and delivery of Advisory and SI projects across Workforce Management and Payroll market opportunities
  • Management of client requirements and expectations ensuring pro-active management
  • Support the develop and growth of project management skills and capabilities within the WPS team
  • Enhance WPS go to market solutions, services and materials through market leading project management
  • Develop and standardise applicable WPS Advisory delivery tools, methods and accelerators

KPIs:

  • Delivery of projects on time and on budget
  • Revenue and margin measured through effective project management
  • Utilisation measured via time charged to project delivery

Enough about us, let's talk about you

  • 3+ years of project management of complex programs of work
  • Successful SI implementation experience
  • Working knowledge of Workforce Management and Payroll process and systems.
  • Proven ability to engage with and manage projects across multiple stakeholders
  • Proven ability to lead,
  • Knowledge and understanding of best in class project management methodologies
