About the job

  • Engage directly with high profile clients on their most important and challenging business issues, addressing and solving their priority problems using Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions
  • Work with high performing team with a strong commitment to excellence in pursuit of helping our clients drive profitability and performance using Innovative solutions
  • Develop and maintain go-to-market strategy and delivery approach for ECM Solutions
  • Lead enterprise-wide transformation programs through identification of business problems, analysis of business processes and implementation of ECM solutions
  • Working with the business, and IT to define the solution and technology platform design
  • Analyse and assess business processes and problems to deliver strategies, business cases and roadmaps for ECM solutions
  • Deliver high quality solutions using market leading solutions such as SharePoint, RecordPoint OpenText, Hyland and be a subject matter expert on various ECM technologies
  • Excellent communication skills to lead discussions with clients and software vendors
  • Coaching, growing and inspiring team members to follow leading practices and demonstrate delivery excellence

Knowledge and Experience Required

  • At least 7 years+ experience in Enterprise Content Management consulting including strategy and/or implementation experience
  • Robust implementation and in-depth knowledge in any one of the following areas:
  • ECM strategy and business case development
  • System implementation and ERP integration
  • Content and data migration
  • Knowledge management
  • Document and records management
  • Document imaging & workflow
  • Enterprise taxonomy and metadata
  • Enterprise and business classification
  • Collaboration and Workflow
  • Ability to link industry-specific business requirements to ECM solutions.
  • Ability to recommend ECM processes, governance, organisational and platform models, tool selections, and application integration options to clients.
  • Experience in consulting environment across diverse domains
  • Deep technical and/or business expertise to work with IT or business teams
  • Strong client engagement skills, with experience of working with executives and building good, trusting relationships with them
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple high-priority projects that meet schedules on time
  • Experience with one or more ECM tools such as Microsoft 365 Microsoft 365 (SharePoint and other MS 365 workloads), OpenText, Hyland
