The role:
This Executive Assistant (12 month contract) opportunity is a true team administration role with Fuso, who is leading the industry as the first manufacturer to offer a fully electric truck in Australia. This role is an exciting opportunity to be a part FUSO’s e Mobility future and set the example for the wider truck industry. In this diverse and fast-paced role, you will be working with our team to proactively support the Director of Fuso and ensure all administrative and supportive functions operate smoothly across the team.
Reporting into Director, your key responsibilities will be:
- Managing the Director’s diary on a daily basis, preparing local, and overseas travel itineraries, booking flights and accommodation;
- Booking travel and expense management for the broader Fuso team as required;
- Preparing and formatting correspondence, bulletins to the dealer network, presentations, newsletters, and reports;
- Supporting the Director and team with travel bookings, processing expenses and related systems administration;
- Organising and assisting with event logistics, marketing administration and coordination;
- Assisting with Website updates
- Assisting in the preparation of documents for all meetings and presentations;
- Supporting the generating of Purchase Orders
- Processing vehicle registrations
- Offering professional and efficient customer service to internal & external customers at all times and managing day to day queries

This is an ideal opportunity for a proactive, flexible and positive individual to make this role their own. Your proven track-record in invoicing, administration and support, excellent organisational skills and ability to be flexible and act according to business needs will lead to your success in this role. Your exceptional time management skills will allow you to prioritise tasks while staying ‘in touch’ with the business, taking a genuine interest in its progress. Your ability to maintain the highest level of discretion, confidentiality and diplomacy is essential in this role. Most importantly, you are able to anticipate the needs and requirements of the team and Vice-President and want to bring new ideas to the team. This role is a modern, administrative role where, as an EA, you will be contributing to the teams’ success through completing of various administrative tasks. Your ability to work autonomously and proactively, utilising strong interpersonal and communication skills to support and engage with the wider Fuso team will lead to you being the ‘best fit’ for this role. Preferably, you will also be degree educated, although this is not essential.

This is a local, contract role. You must have a valid working visa for Australia / New Zealand for the entire length of the contract, to be able to apply for this position.
